The Texas Historical Commission (THC) is seeking expressions of interest and statements of qualifications from qualified individuals or firms to develop workshop content and lead six (6) workshops and one webinar that teach participants effective methods of presenting stories that make local history more relevant to visitors and their community by enhancing the visitor experience. Specifically, these workshops will focus on interpretive writing for exhibits, outdoor panels, and digital stories. The contractor is responsible for developing original workshop content, leading six (6), six-hour training workshops and developing one webinar on storytelling through interpretive writing techniques. The selected contractor will provide all necessary services and materials in developing and leading all six (6) workshops and one (1), one hour-long webinar. Travel to and attendance at the six (6) workshops locations is required, as well as the necessary time for presenting the webinar. THC reserves the right, in its sole judgment and discretion, to award the contract to the most qualified Respondent as a result of the RFQ.
